Because of the direct relationship between grower and member with the Young Farmer CSA members may choose from the 5 different options.  The items listed below have been determined by companion planting practices. Some variation is possible.

When choosing, please keep in mind that some crops produce earlier than others, because of this each share will vary slightly in the exact content from one week to another.

#1 Garden Fresh Salad 

Baby Lettuce Mix, Arugula, Green Onion, Cucumber, Carrot, Radish

#2 Stir Frying Fun!

Bell Pepper, Okra, Eggplant, Basil

#3 Tomato and friends

Tomato, Chive, Parsley, Carrot, Lettuce, Arugula, Nasturtium

Optional

Cucumber – (Remove Chive and Parsley)

#4 Peas and Carrots and Herbs 

Peas, Carrot, Cilantro, Basil, Radish

 Optional 

Cucumber – (Remove Basil and Cilantro)

#5 Climb to new heights with a green diet

String Bean, Beets, Cucumber, Thyme, Brocoli/Collard/Kale

Lettuce, Celery, Carrot, Egg Plant
